So I've been pretty unhappy with the jobs I've had in the science sector the last couple of years, and increasingly wanting to make a big change in direction. Which means more school for me. Dang.
The result is that I've applied to the Art Institute in Vancouver for the fall in the Game Design and Art program. That pretty much means that I'll eventually be turning my very part time hobby of making art into a career working on video games. Kind of scary but also kind of really freakin' cool! I'll probably be posting lots of the stuff that I make if I can, so you can tell me if I'm getting any better.

On a not so happy note, I just got my sadly slow computer upgraded, but somehow the process of unplugging my tablet screwed it up, and that makes me mad. The Wacom people are no help at all, which sucks, cause I love my tablet.
